Fairly clean and the place is monitored 24-7...Open every day of the week...Change machines that work and an App available for the washing machines. Just wish there was a human supervisor there during the day.

It's actually worth the 11 mile drive to use this facility from where I am because the only laundromat in Burnsville is filthy, most of the machines are out of order, the change machine rarely works & staff refuses to provide change. Waterworx in a new, mostly clean facility. The bathroom is locked, unless staff is on property, which is damned inconvenient if you wash at night, like I tend to do. I understand that it's because of customers abusing the bathroom, but I'm not sure what they expect people to do if they're at the laundromat when workers are not? The alternatives are pop a squat behind the building or wear adult diapers. Nice, right?
The business also has a car wash & a doggie wash facility on property.
